I came to this day of Naturopathic Nutrition and Techniques without knowing what to expect. It was so informative and fun.  A day that you don't want to end because everything is so interesting. You think of millions of questions to ask afterwards! Anyway I have put some of the suggestions in place but as I've had surgery on my hip haven't been able to continue for the time being. It will though as soon as I physically can. The food was tasty and delicious so we certainly had a very good day. Thank you Meg, I look forward to seeing you again soon.

The sauna was absolutely beautiful, by far my favourite sauna experience due to little extras like fairy lights outside, music, oak  body brushing and salt scrubs to use in the sauna.
